Congrats to Chase and Ayper

Chase and Ayper recently got married at the Monte Verde Inn in Auburn and it was a perfect Friday evening ... the weather was beautiful, the location was beautiful and the bride and groom and their guests were beautiful! Here is a sneak peak ...

The ceremony was so comfortable ... as the sweet flower girls came down the isle the guests stood in anticipation on the beautiful Ayper







The cake and the ambiance was so elegant



At the end of the evening Ayper changed into a sexy black dress and she and Chase danced to the wonderful music ...

Jason and Maren ... way 50's

Jason and Maren ... I love them so much! They are getting married in August and although I photograph for them almost every other month ... we took some time out to do an engagement session with just the two of them and Maren had the vision of a 50's theme and I think we totally got it ....




I'm not sure that it get's any better than this ..

Megan and Derrick

Last weekend I got to spend a great evening in San Francisco with Megan and Derrick who are getting married in July. We first went to the Palace of Fine Arts, which I totally love and am sorta sentimental to as I shot my first wedding there.



I'm a big fan of smooching ... we saw this fountain on the sideyard of an awesome house right accross the street from the park ... I couldn't resist ...



After that we got in the car and headed to the Marina District ... an area I truly wished I lived ....



We then motored down the piers and had some great fun





Onto North Beach for a great dinner and what trip to North Beach wouldn't be complete without a great Canoli







Then after a great meal and conversation we headed to the famous Painted Laidies in Alamo Square and got these great pics ... No flash my photographers friends!!!

Working Hard

You know you are working too hard when your daughter clicks on the photobooth on the computer and she gets this picture of you! Man! I've been crazy busy ... it's a wonderful busy ... but busy none the less! I've gotten some totally kick booty engagement sessions to share and some totally awesome baby shoots. I promise they are coming in the next couple of days. Oh yes, and the great wedding of Kelly and Jenci ... the bride and groom opted for some fun shots together late that evening and let me tell you .... we had a great time and got totally rad pictures!

Today I went and got a massage ... not only was the de-stressing needed but the calm was needed. I think sometimes we get so busy that we forget that we need to take al ittle time out for ourselves ... oh yes and I got a cute little black dress ... very 50's .. I'm in love!

Since my buddy Barb said "hey you haven't blogged in a while" I thought I better get on it ... she has four kids and she noticed that I hadn't blogged ... I've totally got to get on it!!! Thanks Barb ... you totally are an inspiration to me :-) BTW, We are shooting tomorrow at the Arden Hills Country Club Spa ... maybe I'll get a pedicure .......
